Is data really resident in Bangladesh?
Yes. SierraCloudStack is hosted in our own datacenters in Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet — your data never crosses the border unless you replicate it abroad explicitly.
How does it compare to AWS?
Same primitives — VMs, K8s, object storage, serverless — but with local SLA, in-country support, and no foreign jurisdiction over your data.
What about disaster recovery?
Our DR region in Singapore is opt-in. Most clients keep DR on-shore between DC1 (Dhaka) and Chattogram.
Migration from AWS / Azure?
Sierra runs the migration. Average enterprise cutover is 4-8 weeks with weekly milestones.
